Bhavani Erectors Pvt Ltd was founded in the year 1985 by S Madanan Pillai. The company began as a general mechanical contractor specializing in Power Plant Construction. In over 30 years of history, Bhavani Erectors has been reorganized with the first reorganization occurring in 2001 wherein the Company became a Private Limited. Two directors were brought in the year 2013 with no interruption to operations and the success of this is clearly demonstrated by the Company's financial status with a rating of CARE B+ Assigned [Single B Plus]. Over the past 14 years, our annual revenues have grown over to 250 crores and S. Madanan Pillai continues to be an inspiration to the entire team of BEPL and is leading them to provide high quality deliverables to the client.

We have core management group of dedicated senior level personnel having decades of experience in planning, execution, co-ordination, monitoring and management of projects in India and abroad.

Power plant construction continues to dominate operations, but over the years, the Company has broadened its base into all phases and has been providing world-class, comprehensive Construction, and Commissioning in the, Mechanical, Piping ,Welding & Insulation disciplines

We provide a broad range of Field construction works that include Fabrication& Erection of Heavy structures for Power stations, Heavy Industry, Petrochemical industry, Chimney Flues, Erection of Boilers & Auxiliaries(Up to 800MW), Heat Recovery Steam Generators and works related to Low pressure & High pressure Power Cycle piping,

In addition to Ash slurry, Ash Disposal piping for Power & Process industries we have further broadened our activities in oil refinery where we undertake the execution of all kinds of piping i.e., Carbon steel, (with NACE requirement), Alloy steel, Stainless steel and equipment erection (static, Rotating both) for process units.

We also undertake refractory and Insulation works.

Welding works like Shield Manual Arc, Gas Tungsten Arc, Metal Inert Gas, Sub Merged Arc, stud welding and post weld treatment for piping & pressure parts are also being executed by us.

In addition to the construction work, our projects have included Repair, Modification & Retrofits of Process, Utility Boilers, Pressure & Rotating parts, Milling & Ducting, Operation, Maintenance & Annual overhauling of Power plants and shutdowns. Presently we are engaged in providing services for operation and maintenance of 4X125 MW Thermal power plants at Kosti, Sudan by Sudan Thermal Power Generation Co. (STPGC).

Our resources are highly developed and are supported by a fleet of vehicles and cranes ranging from 10 to 150 ton capacity and also having an advanced and extensive range of welding, mechanical, piping equipment and facilities. Our team comprises of experienced engineers and skilled supporting crew of 6000 workmen committed to deliver a time bound, Cost effective quality work with utmost care to safety standards.

Over the years, we have honed our project management skills and developed best practices for managing the most complex of projects. We are known for our ability to successfully execute projects almost anywhere, even in the most remote and logistically challenging locations. Our extensive network of engineering, fabrication and construction facilities allows us to quickly mobilize project resources whenever and wherever they are needed. We are presently executing power plants upto 800MW capacity (Supercritical Boiler) and are geared up to meet new generation sets of 1000MW also.
